The machine is equipped with spiral carbide cutter head with replaceable carbide cutter knives for planer and thicknesser mode.
With this new system noise is reduced by 50%, cutting finish is very smooth and knives are very easy to replace without the need to align them each time. Each carbide bit have 4 sides of cutting. Just remove the bit and turn it.
This will save a lot of time.
